Abundance is often described in terms of money, achievement or possessions. Those things matter, but they do not tell the whole story. A life can look full from the outside and still feel constrained within.
A broader understanding of abundance makes room for rest, supportive relationships and the ability to make choices that reflect what matters to you. It might mean asking for help without feeling you have failed, or allowing yourself to pause without earning it first.
This is not an invitation to ignore financial realities. Circumstances, resources and opportunities shape our lives. Reflection simply helps us notice where a familiar belief may be narrowing the choices we can see.
Try asking: what would feeling supported look like in my life this week? Begin with something small and real. A more grounded experience of abundance can start there.
