Group Coaching & Workshops
Some learning happens through individual conversations. Other learning happens when people come together to reflect, share perspectives and explore new possibilities. Abundant Life Mastery® offers group coaching, private workshops and corporate workshops, with the focus shaped around the intended audience and objectives.
Workshops for reflection, awareness and growth
Personal growth can happen through individual reflection as well as shared learning. Group coaching and workshops are shaped around the intended audience and objectives. Where appropriate, workshop content may draw on personal-growth principles and practices from my training.
Group coaching
Group coaching creates an opportunity to explore a shared area of personal growth while recognising that each participant has a different experience. Depending on the programme, themes may include self-awareness, self-worth, beliefs, boundaries, personal choices and abundance.
A group setting is not the same as one-on-one coaching. The content and format need to suit the group’s objectives, and participants should feel comfortable with the level of sharing involved.
Private workshops
Private workshops can be arranged around a specific personal-growth theme or group objective. These may be suitable for a private group seeking a structured opportunity for reflection, learning and discussion. The workshop focus, format and intensity are arranged around the group.
Corporate workshops
Corporate workshops are shaped around the needs and objectives of the organisation. Potential areas for discussion include:
- Self-awareness and personal effectiveness
- Communication and professional boundaries
- Confidence and personal responsibility
- Navigating change and career reflection
- Reflective practices that support personal growth
Before you book
These are potential areas for discussion, not a fixed catalogue of programmes. The final topic, learning objectives, delivery format and scope should be agreed with the organisation before a workshop is confirmed.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, financial or legal advice. Individual experiences vary. No specific results or timelines are guaranteed.
